摘要: An optical system is created that capable of detecting tumor formations in vivo real time by means the spectrally resolved polarization imaging light elastically scattered tissue and fluorescence exogenous fluorophores. The performance characteristics system, such as resolution, field view, power density stability radiation, well calibration G factor, are determined. functionality tested under clinical conditions. Spectrally signals elastic scattering images detected both from wound surface bioptic material. reliability method proven comparing results with data histological studies.
