摘要: The effects of light and temperature conditions on the maintenance some red microalgae (order Porphyridiales) in collections were studied. Periodical subculturing solid liquid media was used for maintenance. Halophilic species P. aeruginosa, cruentum, sordidum lost 2.5 months if kept darkness. viability algae dim slightly declined 4–5 species-dependent. results compared with earlier obtained data mesophilic Chlorococcales. For green algae, darkness proved to be optimal condition, while their markedly decreased at light. It suggested that this discrepancy caused by presence phycobiliproteins cells algae. Dim are synthesis phycobiliproteins, which rapidly destroyed darkness, thus leading cell death.
