摘要: In the postgenomic era, proteomics has become a dominant field for identifying and quantifying complex protein machinery of cell. The expression levels, posttranslational modifications, specific interactions proteins control biology such processes as development, differentiation, signal transduction. Studies involved in these often lead to better understanding human disease. Powerful separation techniques sensitive detection methods enable researchers untangle complicated networks processes. CE coupled with either MS or LIF are two that make this possible. This review will cover proven CE-based on cell tissue level their application biological clinical studies, relevant new developments enabling technology microfluidic CE-MS demonstrated model systems, comment future proteomics.
