摘要: Nano-sized molecularly imprinted polymers for tiliroside were successfully prepared by a precipitation polymerization method. Acrylamide, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, azobisisobutyronitrile, and acetonitrile/dimethyl sulfoxide used as functional monomer, cross-linker, initiator, porogen, respectively. The structural features morphological characterization of tiliroside-imprinted characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy scanning electron microscopy, adsorption experiments indicated that the exhibited high selective recognition property to tiliroside. Scatchard analysis homogeneous-binding sites formed in polymers. selectivity test revealed capacity was significantly higher than rutin, astragalin, kaempferol. Finally, employed adsorbents solid-phase extraction from ethyl acetate extract flowers Edgeworthia gardneri (wall.) Meisn. results demonstrated recoveries ranged 69.3 73.5% using coupled with These tiliroside-based method proven be an effective technique separation enrichment natural medicines.
