摘要: Since the 1970s, influenza B viruses have diverged into two antigenically distinct virus lineages called Yamagata and Victoria lineages. We present first real-time PCR assay for lineage differentiation to supplement classical antigenic analyses. The was successfully applied 310 primary samples collected in Germany from 2007 2009.
