摘要: Abstract Mn-doped ZnO thin films with different percentage of Mn content (0, 1, 3 and 5 at.%) substrate temperature 350 °C, were deposited by a simple ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method under atmospheric pressure. We have studied the structural optical properties using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) ultra-violet visible near (UV–Vis-NIR) spectroscopy. The lattice parameters calculated for from XRD pattern found to be slightly larger than those undoped ZnO, which indicate substitution in lattice. Compared spectra pure films, Mn-doping effect on is revealed presence additional peak around 524 cm −1 due incorporation. With increasing doping band gap increases indicating Burstein–Moss effect.
