摘要: Abstract Tb3+-Eu3+ co-activated Sr2MgSi2O7 powder phosphors were synthesized by a solid-state reaction method. The structure, stretching vibrations, chemical and electronic states, photoluminescent properties studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), photoelectron (XPS), Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer (TOF-SIMS) Photoluminescence (PL) respectively. XRD pattern of the Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu3+, Tb3+ phosphor resembles standard tetragonal phase Sr2MgSi2O7. fitted XPS data demonstrated that there two different Sr2+ sites in host lattice site occupied Mg+ cations which connects Sr+ with Si+ ions. TOF-SIMS results localization distribution various ions within (Sr2MgSiO7) including Eu3+ dopants. photoluminescence single doped shown to emit blue green emissions simultaneously emission more intense improving considerably when lower concentrations used. Only red was observed from Upon co-doping, simultaneous blue, lines resulting white emission.
