摘要: Cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs) have many economic and environmental benefits in the context of industrial biocatalysis. They are easily prepared from crude extracts, costs (often expensive) carriers circumvented. generally exhibit improved storage operational stability towards denaturation by heat, organic solvents, autoproteolysis stable leaching aqueous media. Furthermore, they high catalyst productivities (kilograms product per kilogram biocatalyst) easy to recover recycle. Yet another advantage derives possibility co-immobilize two or more enzymes provide CLEAs that capable catalyzing multiple biotransformations, independently sequence as catalytic cascade processes.
