摘要: An electrochemical and X-ray diffraction study has been conducted on the formation of lead dioxide deposits platinum, from nitric acid solutions, as a function potential temperature. It shown that these parameters strongly influence morphology electrocatalytic activity PhO 2 films. The electrodeposition process is satisfactorily described by an electrochemical, chemical, mechanism: (i) H O → OH ads + e; (ii) Ph 2+ Pb(OH) ; (iii) PbO 3H second electron transfer stage Pb diffusion control in lower higher overpotential range, respectively. Temperature (or current) are important process. Depending region, can he kinetically or controlled. In electrolyte, where mainly β-PbO modification electrodeposited, amount α-phase impurity increases with increasing controlled region decreases domain. addition, relatively low potentials high temperatures favor increase crystallite size preferred crystallographic orientation for both α- modifications. temperature growth solution affects crystallinity resulting oxide marked effect their performance anodes processes at positive such ozone generation.
