摘要: The response of periodontal ligament (PDL) cells to mechanical stimulation is important in the tissue remodelling. Our previous study showed that cyclic stretching force on PDL induced early apoptosis. However, mechanism force-induced cell death unclear. In present study, we examined whether undergo apoptosis by using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT)-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end-labellling method (TUNEL) and investigated which initiated We found became aligned regularly number apoptotic increased significantly a time-and force-dependent manner after application force. Caspase-3 activity proportion magnitude force, this effect was reduced caspase-9 inhibitor, whereas caspase-8 inhibitor had no such effect. therefore concluded vitro can induce activating caspase-3 via signalling cascade. findings may provide novel insight into cells.
