摘要: Abstract A sex difference in the pharmacological effects of pentobarbital, carisoprodol, strychnine, OMPA adult rats has been demonstrated. These differences almost disappeared after administration SKF 525 A. The were also demonstrated vitro using liver slices and microsomal fractions, by vivo metabolic studied. They modified castration hormone treatments. anabolic action male hormones appears to account for increased enzyme activities rats.
