摘要: The production of herbicide resistant plants using molecular and cellular techniques, including mutant selection, cloning, plant transformation protoplast fusion, is discussed in relation to the mode action as well alternative strategies modification target protein, introduction detoxifying system or overproduction protein. Successful attempts modify tolerance herbicides atrazine, sulphonylureas, bromoxynil, glyphosate phosphinothricin techniques are reviewed.
