摘要: In this paper, we propose a non-iterative interface reconstruction method for 2D planar and axisymmetric geometries that is valid arbitrary convex cells intended to be used in multi-material simulation codes with sharp treatment instance. Assuming the normal vector known, focus on computation of line constant so polygon resulting from cell-interface intersection has requested volume. To end, first decompose cell trapezoidal elements then new approach derive an exact formula trapezoids volumes. This formula, derived both cases, bracket find exactly matches prescribed The computational efficiency proposed demonstrated over large number reproducible conditions against two existing methods.
