摘要: Abstract In this study, quantum dots solar cells (QDSSCs) based on TiO 2 /CdS(SILAR)/CdSe(Colloid)/ZnS(SILAR) photoanodes were prepared using colloidal and successive ionic layer adsorption reaction (SILAR) methods. The efficiency increased from 1.56% to 2.07% because the conduction band (CB) of CdSe (size ~3 nm) QDs was compared both CdS. As a result, stimulated electrons efficiently injected into CB Additionally, we focused dynamic process in QDSSCs one I – V curve electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS).
