摘要: A gain coupled distributed feedback semiconductor laser includes an active layer and a diffraction grating provided in the vicinity of having plurality light absorption layers periodically arranged along resonator length direction. The order is one, duty range about 0.4 to 0.8, thickness 6 nm 30 nm.
