摘要: Traffic safety has become a major component of European transport policies. But the road to real Common Road Safety Policy been long one. The notion Europeanization might help describe Union (EU)'s impact on national policies, although process differs from other sectors. objective this article is explain effect EU policy domestic mortality rates in EU-27. Using data countries for 2000–2009 period we analyse how traffic institutions and networks facilitate encourage learning individual countries. This timeframe coincides with 2001 White Paper third Action Programme (ERSAP), both which are crucial constructing Policy.
