摘要: Abstract Although steel reuse has been identified as an effective method to reduce the carbon and energy impact of construction, its occurrence is shrinking in UK. This can be partly explained by many barriers which have literature, but a detailed analysis how these affect different parts supply chain still lacking. We show that there contrast between perceived higher costs time required employ reused assessments realised projects. Using novel ranking inspired from field information retrieval (tf-idf), we analysed interviews actors across determine acuteness perception each barrier. demolition contractors, stockists, fabricators face specific need addressed at their level. with more generic present throughout value are probably than reality. Finally, suggest integration could facilitate make it economically viable scale.
