摘要: Abstract Despite the tremendous developments that have been made in field of interventional cardiology over past few decades, percutaneous treatment left main (LM) bifurcation still remains challenging. The provisional one-stent approach for LM showed more favourable outcomes compared to double-stenting technique. Consequently, it has preferred strategy majority stenosis. However, due large myocardial burden side branch, risk haemodynamic collapse after vessel stenting always existed. To reduce branch occlusion and proper selection this strategy, is acknowledged meticulously performed IVUS evaluation ostium helpful. A fractional flow reserve measurement angiographically jailed could also lead avoidance an unnecessary complex intervention. as overall data were derived from observational studies, further larger randomised trials would be necessary assess optimal bifurcation.
