摘要: Factors involved in regulation of bovine hepatic fatty acid oxidation were examined using liver slices. Fatty was measured as the conversion 1-[14C]palmitate to 14CO2 and total [14C] acid-soluble metabolites. Extended (5 7 d) fasting Holstein cows had relatively little effect on palmitate metabolites by slices, although CO2 decreased. Feeding a restricted roughage, high concentrate ration lactating resulted inhibition oxidation.
