摘要: Incentive measures for biodiversity conservation cannot be evaluated and compared outside the context of institutional performance relationships. The framework incentives includes a variety organizations operating on different spatial scales. actors with an impact include community groups, local national governmental structures, NGOs, business enterprises international organizations. But positve influence conservation-oriented is often significantly outweighed by negative other sets who are largely unaware as concept not unduly concerned its conservation.
