摘要: Lasionen des oberen Labrum-Bizepsanker- Komplexes sind in den letzten Jahren mehr das Blickfeld Schulterchirurgen geruckt. Diese fruher ohne Arthroskopie nicht zu diagnostizierende Entitat betrifft haufig sportlich aktiven jungeren Menschen, der sich v. a. mit Uberkopfsportarten beschaftigt. Durch die verbesserten nichtinvasiven Untersuchungen wie Arthro-MRI und standig wachsende Verstandnis Anatomie Biomechanik Labrum- Bizeps-Komplexes besteht heute Moglichkeit, diese Pathologien fruhzeitig diagnostizieren behandlen.
