摘要: A region-based approach to shape representation and similarity measure is presented. The invariant translation, scale rotation. conforms human perception, i.e., perceptually similar shapes have high measure. An experimental retrieval system has been developed its performance studied. of the proposed better than that more established Fourier descriptor method.
