摘要: Encouraged by the clinical success of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), implantation rate has increased exponentially, although several limitations and unresolved issues CRT have been identified. This review concerns that are encountered during devices, including role electroanatomical mapping, whether should be accompanied simultaneous atrioventricular nodal ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation, procedural complications, when to consider surgical left ventricular lead positioning. Furthermore, (echocardiographic) optimization assessment benefits after highlighted. Also, controversial such as potential value mild heart failure or narrow QRS complex addressed.
