摘要: Programmed cell death (PCD) is a genetically-controlled disassembly of the cell. In animal systems, central core execution switch for apoptotic PCD activation caspases (Cysteine-containing Aspartate-specific proteases). Accumulating evidence in recent years suggests existence caspase-like activity plants and its functional involvement various types plant PCD, although no homologs were identified genome. this mini-review, we will cover results on proteases introduce major technologies used detecting during PCD.
