摘要: Infusion of prostaglandins E2 and F2α (PGE2 PGF2α) in man causes diarrhea1,2. This effect is due to alterations both intestinal motility absorption water electrolytes. By virtue their direct effects on smooth muscle cells, PGE2 PGF2α contract the longitudinal muscle, but, addition, also contracts circular layer3,4,5.
