摘要: La aparicion de la laparoscopia ha cambiado considerablemente cirugia los bazos no traumaticos. Desde entonces, las indicaciones minimamente invasiva se han extendido sin cesar. mayor parte actuales corresponde a hemopatias benignas (purpura trombocitopenica inmunologica, anemia hemolitica autoinmunitaria, etc.), en que el tamano normal del bazo posibilita intervencion laparoscopica. Las malignas (linfomas, leucemia linfoide cronica, sindromes mieloproliferativos, etc.) tambien pueden operarse por laparoscopia. Sin embargo, cuando trata grandes esplenomegalias, laparotomia sigue siendo tecnica eleccion. En tumores esplenicos focales cabe evaluar pertinencia una esplenectomia parcial, preferentemente El presente articulo expone diversas tecnicas, resultados, complicaciones y aspectos postoperatorios esplenectomias. Se detallan tecnicas fases quirurgicas especificas esplenectomias laparoscopia; ademas, distinguen intervenciones parciales totales.
