摘要: Hepatocyte growth factor/Scatter factor (HGF/SF) is a multifunctional which can induce diverse biological events. In vitro, these include scattering, invasion, proliferation and branching morphogenesis. vivo, HGF/SF responsible for many processes during embryonic development variety of activities in adults, normal have been implicated its role tumorgenesis metastasis. The c-Met receptor tyrosine kinase the only known mediates all induced activities. Upon stimulation, tyrosine-phosphorylated followed by recruitment group signaling molecules and/or adaptor proteins to cytoplasmic domain multiple docking sites. This action leads activation several different cascades that form complete network intra extracellular responses. Different combinations pathways differences magnitude responses contribute series HGF/SF-Met most certainly are influenced cell type as well cellular environments. this review, we focus on HGF/SF-induced morphogenesis bring together recent new findings provide insight into how HGF/SF, via induces response.
