摘要: Based on a sample of 448 projects, the interactions between three project planning variables, quality planning, goal changes, plan-changes and success are analyzed. The most important results this study variables their influences success. By using structural equation modeling, we gained insight into these complex indirect relationships. clearly show that positive total effect is almost completely overridden by negative changes. If add effects changes success, combined considerably stronger than planning. also identifies several contextual affecting process.
