摘要: In the present work, nanoceramics of Li5La3Ta2O12 (LLT) lithium ion conductors with garnet-like structure are fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique at different temperatures 850°C, 875°C, and 900°C (SPS-850, SPS-875, SPS-900). The grain size SPS is in 50 to 100 nm range, indicating minimal growth during experiments. ionic conduction relaxation properties current garnets studied impedance spectroscopy (IS) measurements. SPS-875 exhibit highest total Li conductivity 1.25 × 10 −6 S/cm RT, which same range as LLT prepared conventional technique. high sample due enhanced mobility ions one order magnitude compared SPS-850 SPS-900 ceramics. concentration mobile + ions, nc, their estimated from analysis spectra temperatures. nc found be independent temperature for nanoceramics, implies that process controlled mobility. Interestingly, we only a small fraction 3.9% out content contribute process. Moreover, dynamics investigated materials have been through electric modulus formalism.
