摘要: Rationale and aims Total hip knee replacements, usually, have long waiting lists. There are several prioritization tools for these kind of patients. A new tool should undergo a standardized validation process. The aim the present study was to validate primary replacements. Methods We carried out prospective study. Consecutive patients placed on list were eligible Patients included mailed questionnaire which included, among other questions, seven items priority Western Ontario McMasters Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC) specific questionnaire. gives score from 0 100 points, three categories (urgent, preferent ordinary). studied content construct validity. used Student's t-test or one-way analysis variance.
