摘要: Objectives:  Erythroid differentiation is a dynamic process in which pluripotent stem cell undergoes series of developmental changes that commit it to specific lineage. These alterations involve gene expression profiles. In this study, profiles during human erythroid cells normal blood donor were evaluated using SAGE. Materials and methods:  Global was collected immediately before addition erythropoietin (0 h) 192 336 h after hormone. Real-time PCR used evaluate activation differentially expressed genes. Results:  The data indicate global aspects the transcriptome similar majority genes relatively small set probably involved modification differentiation. We have identified 93 development, some these confirmed by qPCR. Various including EYA3, ERH, HES6, TIMELESS TRIB3 found be homologous those Drosophila melanogaster here are described for first time development. An important unique carboxypeptidase inhibitor mammalians, LXN, also identified. Conclusions:  results study amplify previously published may contribute comprehension identification new target concerning diseases.
