摘要: Special attention has recently been drawn to the molecular network of different genes that are responsible for development erythroid cells. The aim present study was establish in detail immunophenotype early cells and compare gene expression profile freshly isolated precursors with CD34-positive (CD34+) compartment. Multiparameter flow cytometric analyses human bone marrow mononuclear cell fractions (n=20) defined three distinct stages. sorted analyzed by Affymetrix array technology. For 4524 genes, a differential regulation found CD105-positive as compared CD34+ progenitor compartment (2362 upregulated genes). A highly significant difference observed level involved transcription, heme synthesis, iron mitochondrial metabolism transforming growth factor-β signaling. comparison published data showed over 1000 yet have not reported be lineage. within pathways could illustrated directly applying Ingenuity software program. results can seen at Gene Expression Omnibus repository.
