摘要: The exciton fine structure in self-assembled coupled quantum dots with barriers of varying widths is studied detail. For narrow we find doublet splittings the molecule ground state magnetic field, while for wide some cases a multiplet emission lines observed. Pronounced anticrossings occur field dispersion such details depending on particular geometry. Strong variations including avoided crossings are observed also excited states that arise from coupling-induced splitting dot s-shell excitons. Values diamagnetic shifts and spin as functions barrier width given.
