摘要: Abstract. During the last decades, organizations operate in changing labour market conditions. Labour markets of many countries, including Lithuania, are a continuous state changes which demand new approach to management human resources. The purpose this study was identify key factors that transform and outline how transformation is impacting resource practices, particularly specialists’ functions competences. To achieve purpose, detailed review literature performed research based on questionnaire method conducted 2011–2012 92 Lithuanian companies. included 160 respondents – specialists resources departments. has demonstrated that, conditions, have become more diverse increasingly directed towards fulfilling needs business.
