摘要: The ABCD rule of dermoscopy was developed to facilitate the dermoscopic differentiation between benign and malignant melanocytic lesions. However, there is a lack studies on its validity in clinical practice. aim this study evaluate accuracy algorithm used bedside, compared with preliminary preoperative diagnosis, rate physicians' level confidence diagnosis. Melanocytic tumours were preoperatively scored according algorithm; 309 cases (46 melanomas 263 naevi) included. A sensitivity 83% specificity 45% found for algorithm. comparable (74%), but significantly higher (91%), Interestingly, considerable percentage (19.6%) early which diagnosis not expected, indicating that it important maintain generous indications excision or practise short-term follow-up ambiguous lesions order detect melanomas.
