摘要: Abstract Preparation of polycaprolactone (PCL) based microparticles by double emulsion solvent diffusion like process was studied in this work. The prepared two steps. In first step, the inner aqueous phase (W 1 ) added to dichloromethane (DCM) solution containing PCL and homogenized form primary /O). second /O) emulsified with outer 2 polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as stabilizer using ultra-turrax at a specific speed time order achieve /O/W ). Effects various parameters such stirring speed, polymer amount volume fraction each on hydrodynamic particle size, size distribution zeta potential were investigated. As general tendency, all particles found be constant irrespective investigated parameter. Whereas, increase leads large lowest sizes obtained when high used during emulsification step.
