Elaboration of nanoparticles containing indomethacin: argan oil for transdermal local and cosmetic application

摘要: The objective of this work is the preparation nanocapsules which are intended for treatment rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We use Argan oil as vehicle hydrophobic drugs such indomethacin. Nanoprecipitation technique was used like a method nanocapsules, where polycaprolactone, acetone, and polymer, solvent, carrier, respectively. Primarily, investigation amount addition performed; then systematic study to optimize formulation done. Nanocapsules containing indomethacin (loaded nanocapsules) others without (blank were characterized by studying particles size, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency. It shown that particle size ranged between 290 nm 350 nm. potential values negative (from-40 up -50 mV) while efficiency 65 75%.
