摘要: Lung cancer is still the leading cause of death worldwide. Both histologically and molecularly lung heterogeneous. This review summarizes current knowledge pathways involved in various types with an emphasis on clinical implications increasing number actionable molecular targets. It describes major alterations implicated development progression non-small cell (adenocarcinoma squamous cancer), small carcinoma, emphasizing comprising specific blueprints each group. The approved investigational targeted therapies as well immune therapies, trials exploring variety approaches to treatment are main focus this review.
