摘要: Abstract Canine platelets were simultaneously labelled in vitro with 51Cr and 14C-serotonin. A higher recovery was found platelet rich plasma of platelet-bound 14C than on the day after labelling. During following three days ratio 14C/51Cr PRP increased further, average by 80%. In a group dogs which severe vivo aggregation induced infusion protamine heparinization decrease found, signifying effects release reaction. The double labelling 14C-serotonin measurements allowed better differentiation between control those subjected to only measurement survival method.
