摘要: Abstract A mathematical formula, which can objectively describe blood platelet disappearance patterns under normal, mild and severe thrombotic conditions, has been derived from experimental data. Platelet kinetics were studied in rats with an experimentally induced arterial thrombosis, during the termination of stimulus normal rats. Normal populations a cohort young, radiolabeled platelets used experiments. Our investigations strongly suggested that conditions is terminated, ultimately disappeared circulation after same finite life span. The obtained data could be best explained by assuming two mechanisms operate simultaneously: ageing occurs only non-thrombotic whilst both together conditions. describes processes, offers useful method to analyse survival studies.
