CNTs-Modified Nb3O7F Hybrid Nanocrystal towards Faster Carrier Migration, Lower Bandgap and Higher Photocatalytic Activity.

摘要: Novel semiconductor photocatalysts have been the research focus and received much attention in recent years. The key issues for novel are to effectively harvest solar energy enhance separation efficiency of electron-hole pairs. In this work, Nb3O7F/CNTs hybrid nanocomposites with enhanced photocatalytic activity successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal plus etching technique. important finding is that appropriate pH values lead formation Nb3O7F nanocrystal directly. A general strategy introdue interaction between CNTs markedly enhances Nb3O7F. Comparatively, exhibit higher photodegradation faster rate solution methylene blue (MB) under visible-light irradiation. may be attributed more exposed active sites, carrier migration narrower bandgap because good synergistic effect. results here inspire engineering, new design fabrication highly activity.
