摘要: The female internal sex organs develop from the paramesonephric (Mullerian) duct. In male embryos, regression of Mullerian duct is caused by anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), which plays an important role in process testicular descent. physiological remnant males appendix testis (AT). our previous study, we presented evidence for decreased incidence AT cryptorchidism with intraoperative surgery. this report, expression receptor type 2 (AMHR2), specific AMH, on was investigated connection different urological disorders, such as hernia inguinalis, torsion AT, cysta epididymis, varicocele, hydrocele and various forms undescended testis. correlation between age patients AMHR2 also examined. Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) immunohistochemistry were used to detect receptor's mRNA protein levels, respectively. We demonstrate that expressed ATs. Additionally, presence proven at levels. pattern correlated neither examined disorders nor patients; therefore, function remains obscure.
