摘要: This paper reports a variety of experimental observations which strongly support the assumption that warfarin binding site, or site I human serum albumin, is better described as warfarin-azapropazone area, consisting overlapping sites for and azapropazone. In general, drugs interacting with one two will also displace bound to other although their displacing potencies both may vary considerably. most pronounced in case glibenclamide, inhibits azapropazone only minor effects on site. The lone tryptophan residue previously shown be part obviously located not-overlapping so its modification affects not this large area. observation different but might explain fact albumin seem similar because mutual displacement can affected differently during several disease states.
