摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to determine the putative modes action 59 viticultural yeasts (31 Saccharomyces and 28 non-Saccharomyces) that inhibited fungi isolated from sour grey rot in grapes. Inhibition fungal mycelial growth by metabolites, enzyme activities (laminarinases, chitinases), antifungal volatiles, competition for nutrients (siderophores, Niche Overlap Index (NOI)), inhibition spore germination decreased germinal tube length induction resistance were assayed. Biofungicide classified into “antifungal patterns”, according their mechanisms action. Thirty isolates presented at least two We propose laminarinases, nutrients, length, volatiles non-Saccharomyces is used as biocontrol against phytopathogenic fungi. Twenty-four different patterns identified. Siderophore production (N)and a combination siderophore NOI > 0.92 (M)were most frequent observed biofungicide Elucidation these could be useful optimization an inoculum formulation, resulting more consistent control with yeasts.
