摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to explore the diversity yeasts in orangery Beibei Chongqing and their potential for biological control Penicillium digitatum on oranges. Yeasts were isolated from surface fruit, leaves soil three citrus orchards district. identified by PCR amplification partial sequencing internally transcribed spacer (ITS) regions 5.8S ribosomal DNA (rDNA). 71 yeast isolates belonged 8 genera: Metschnikowia, Pichia, Candida, Pseudozyma, Kazachstania, Issatchenkia, Hanseniaspora, Barnettozyma. All tested inhibition green mold potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium, 45 reduced growth fungal mycelium as shown zone formation. Twelve antagonistic activity against navel oranges, biocontrol various reducing disease incidence ranged between 26% 93%. In particular, Metschnikowia sp. FL02 completely inhibited occurrence rot seventh day after inoculation. results suggest that antagonist frequently found fruit have inhibiting mold.
