摘要: This is a report of patient who manifests all the features Carney's syndrome, including gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs), extra-adrenal paragangliomas, and pulmonary chondromas. The underwent surgical resection gastric GIST; retroperitoneal, nonfunctional paraganglioma; mediastinal, catecholamine-secreting paraganglioma (pheochromocytoma). Recently, new GISTs were diagnosed by endoscopic, ultrasound-guided, fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) biopsy resected. Recurrence following complete common in syndrome presents considerable management challenges. case illustrates several important points: (1) although rare, should be considered patients with foregut GISTs; (2) associated like sporadic GISTs, may have more indolent clinical course; (3) EUS-FNA useful for diagnosis this syndrome.
