摘要: PURPOSE: To compare confocal scanning laser tomography (CSLT) to optic disc photography for detecting progressive glaucomatous changes. METHODS: Four expert observers first examined a training set of 40 pairs monoscopic photographs help criterion change. They then classified 44 patients followed prospectively as having either definitely no change, probably or change (score, 0, 1, 2, 3, respectively). Observers were unaware that 10 fellow eyes obtained the same day measure specificity. These imaged with Heidelberg Retina Tomograph every 6 months. Topographic analysis (TCA) software three criteria (yielding specificity 81%, 94%, 97%) was used. Comparisons between TCA results and those made range liberal conservative individual combined observer scores. RESULTS: The median follow-up 9.0 years 18 CSLT images. Observer varied from 50% 90% (using score 0) 60% 100% 0 1). Interobserver kappa ranged 0.22 0.38 most generally higher than corresponding TCA-observer agreement. For criteria, had high hit rate low compared TCA. Similar when scores derive broader criteria. CONCLUSIONS: indicate performs at least well best combination classifications photographs.
