摘要: Abstract This work reports a facile approach to synthesize polyaniline nanotubes (PANI-NT) by using manganese oxide as sacrificial templates. template assisted (t-PANI-NT) were utilized electrode material after deposition onto the indium tin (ITO) coated glass substrates electrophoretic technique. The structural, morphological and electrochemical characterizations of t-PANI-NT show relatively better results compared chemically synthesized PANI-NT (c-PANI-NT). Moreover, t-PANI-NT/ITO exhibits improved electron transfer coefficient (α = 0.63) charge rate constant (ks = 0.05912 s−1) in comparison c-PANI-NT/ITO (α = 0.56 ks 0.06548 s−1). obtained electrodes have been further immobilized with biotinylated DNA sequence, specific chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) avidin–biotin cross-linking agent. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies revealed that genosensor displays linearity wide range target concentration (10−6 10−16 M) an outstanding differentiation ability low detection limit M. experimental this highly sensitive clinical samples CML positive patients control negative indicate its potential for diagnostics.
