摘要: Introduction Although the impact of macrolevel characteristics health systems on socioeconomic inequity in has been studied extensively, access a smaller scale received less attention. These mesolevel can influence to healthcare and might have potential moderate or aggravate use. This scoping review aims map existing evidence association use system. Methods analysis In conducting review, we follow Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review Meta-Analysis Protocols Extension Scoping Reviews. The search will be carried out four scientific databases: MEDLINE (via PubMed), Web Science, Scopus PsycINFO. Main eligibility criteria are inclusion measure position, individual determinant services. selection process consists two consecutive screening stages (first: title/abstract; second: full text). At both stages, reviewers independently assess studies. case disagreement, third reviewer involved. Cohen’s kappa calculated report inter-rater agreement between reviewers. Results synthesised narratively, as high heterogeneity studies is expected. Ethics dissemination No primary data collected presented review. Therefore, ethical approval not necessary. published an international peer-reviewed journal, findings national conferences.
