摘要: Coronary flow and hemodynamic alterations were studied in dogs, following the intravenous administration of 0.5, 1.5, 5 gm ethyl alcohol/kg body weight. Alcohol low (0.5 gm/kg) or moderate (1.5 dosages causes a marked increase work load heart proportionate to amount administered. After toxic (5gm/kg) all animals, although protected from respiratory failure, showed rapid progressive deterioration with rising atrial pressure, hypotension, death due cardiac failure. At dosage levels, coronary decreases resistance rises. The total peripheral remains unchanged but falls larger alcohol. same responses noted bonded bourbon as laboratory
